Localization of H3.2 mRNA by in situ hybridization. p21-wild-type (A, C, E, G, I) and p21-deficient (B, D, F, H, J) mice were exposed to room air (A, B); 60 hours of hyperoxia (C, D); or recovered in room air for 24 (E, F), 72 (G, H), and 240 (I, J) hours.
