Leukocytes present in the dermal compartment 18 h after intradermal inoculation of 0.2 pair of SGS or sand fly bite in the ear of C57BL/6 mice, naive, or preexposed to SGS or sand fly bite. The cells obtained from six ears per group were pooled, and the different populations were identified by staining and flow cytometry as described in Materials and Methods.
