Cytotoxicity of the Ad-FasL-transduced VSMCs toward uninfected T cells and VSMCs. Rat VSMCs were briefly incubated with PBS, Ad-βgal, or Ad-FasL (effector cells), washed twice in PBS, and then cocultured with [3H]thymidine-labeled rat VSMCs or Jurkat cells (target cells).
