Hypothesis of mechanisms of endothelin-induced vasodilation in the human skin microcirculation in vivo: Endothelin via ETA-receptors stimulates polimodal nociceptor fibres or activates cells (i.e. mastcells, fibroblasts) which stimulate nociceptor fibres.
