Plasma concentrations of itraconazole (open circles, fluvastatin study; closed circles, lovastatin study) and hydroxyitraconazole (open triangles, fluvastatin study; closed triangles, lovastatin study) after intake of 100 mg itraconazole orally once daily for 4 days.
