Two columns are shown for each quantitative trait loci. In the first, the probabilities of the contribution when all measures are included in the analysis are shown. The second displays the probabilities after all nonsignificant contributors have been excluded in stepwise fashion, as explained in the text. The results are based on 10,000 permutations.
