Sensitivity and specificity for all possible combinations of clinical features were plotted as well. CSF India ink is shown for comparison. Diagonal line represents a Youden's J index of 0, such that tests to the left of the line are worthless (Youden's J ≤ 0) and tests to the far right are more worthwhile.
