Temperature sensitivity of Rbm3 expression in mouse cell lines. a: Northern blot analysis using Rbm3 cDNA (upper) or S26 ribosomal protein cDNA (lower) as a probe. Total RNAs were from BMA-1 bone marrow stromal cells (lanes 1–3), BALB/3T3 fibroblasts (lanes 4–6), and TAMA26 Sertoli cells (lanes 7–9). Cells were cultured at 37°C, transferred to the indicated temperatures, and harvested after 12 hours of incubation at the respective temperature. The positions of 18S and 28S ribosomal RNAs are indicated on the right. b: Western blot analysis using the anti-Rbm3 antibody.
