The average ratio of each parameter measured after treatment with 60 nM PMA to its value before treatment. Usually, IH and τact were measured during pulses to +60 mV and τtail and Ie at −40 mV. Ie is taken as the average increase in inward current after PMA. Mean ±SD is given for (n) observations.
