RNase L activators suppress HPIV3 replication. HeLa S cells were infected with HPIV3/GFP at an MOI of 1.0. At 90 min after infection, media were removed and cells were washed twice with PBS. Cells were incubated with complete media in the absence (A) or containing 10, 50, and 100 μM of compound 2 (B–D), respectively. At 24 h after infection, fluorescence images were captured by using a Leica DM IRB fluorescence microscope.
