A-C: Microdissection of SHPCs on fixed tissue cryosections from retrorsine-exposed rat liver 5 days after PH. SHPC cell clusters that are identified based on morphological criteria (A) are overlaid with a cap coated with a plastic polymer and targeted for microdissection with a laser to melt the plastic surrounding the cells of interest to fuse them to the surface.
