RT-PCR analysis for trypsinogen mRNA from prostate (lane 1), seminal vesicle (lane 2), colon adenocarcinoma cell line (positive control, lane 3), and H20 (negative control, lane 4). Sample 1 was amplified with nested primers whereas samples 2 to 4 were amplified using the outer primer pair, producing fragments of 213 bp and 323 bp, respectively.
