Note: (i) the decreased activity of all kinases at 0 h after heat shock except GSK-3β, which was increased, and Cdk5, which was unchanged; and (ii) the increased activity of JNK, GSK-3β, Cdk5, and ERK1/2 at 3 and 6 h after heat shock.
