Four groups (10/group) of mice were intratracheally administered PBS, OVA, OVA after depletion of CD25 cells, or OVA with S. japonicum egg antigen treatment for 4 week. BALF was conducted 24 h after the last intratracheal instillation. Total cell counts were determined on fresh BALF fluid and differential cell counts were assessed with Diff-Quik-staining.
