EADs triggered by TCDD in combination with Bay K 8644. A. TCDD triggered EADs in a cell paced by 0.25 Hz current pulses in the presence of 1 μM Bay K 8644. Similar response was observed in a separate experiment. B. Concurrent occurrence of EADs and DADs in a cell treated as in panel A but paced at 2 Hz. The same results were obtained from 3 other cells. TCDD facilitated the firing of EADs as indicated by the arrows.
