Antagonism of improgan antinociception by CC12 in the mouse. Mice were baseline tested and received an icv injection of CC12 (200 or 400 nmol) or pH 4.5 saline vehicle (Vehicle), indicated on abscissa. Ten min later, they were again tested, received icv improgan (Imp, 145 nmol) or saline, and were re-tested at 5 (top), 10 (middle) and 30 (below) min following the end of the second icv injection.
