Neutralizing Fas antibody does not block CaM antagonist-mediated apoptosis. IFN-γ-pretreated (250 U/ml, 18 hours) Fas-low cells were incubated without (control) or with neutralizing Fas antibody (ZB4, 2 μg/ml) for 2 hours before the addition of activating Fas Ab (CH11, 250 ng/ml), TMX (10 μmol/L), or TFP (15 μmol/L).
