Genetic interactions between Yin6 and Moe1. Wild-type (WT; SP870), yin6Δ (YIN6K), and moe1Δ (MOE1U) cells were transformed with either a vector control (−, pAL1) or a plasmid carrying the genomic version (+) of either yin6 (pAL1YIN6g, Right) or moe1 (pALMOE1g, Left). Serially diluted cells were spotted on MM plates and incubated at 22°C.
