Silencing TSC2 partly blocked the effect of resiglitazone on cell growth inhibition. H2106 cells transfected with control or TSC2 siRNA (100 nM each) for 48 hours before exposing the cells to rosiglitazone (Rosig., 10 μM) and incubated with 10 μCi/mL [methyl-³H] thymidine for 48 hours.
