Locomotor dose-response to acute fluoxetine in DAT+/+, DAT+/−, and DAT−/− mice. Animals (n = 5) were injected with fluoxetine (5, 10, and 20 mg/kg, s.c.) or vehicle, and immediately placed in the activity boxes during 1 h.
