On day 7 after BMT, lymphoid organs were removed and total cells per organ were counted from a single-cell suspension. Subsequent analysis of the resulting cell suspensions by FACS provided the percentages based on which the absolute cell numbers were calculated. Data are derived from 3 independent experiments.
