Scatter plot representation of ELISA results using recombinant CMP. Patient and control sera (as indicated along the horizontal axis) (1:200 dilution) were incubated with immobilized CMP subdomain, and the bound antibodies detected with an alkaline phosphatase-conjugated antibody against human IgG. Each sample was run in triplicate. The points plotted on this graph are the average of the OD₄₀₅ obtained from study sera. Similar results were obtained in three other independent experiments.
