CCR5 KO mice were injected intravenously with either PBS or Met-RANTES (30 μg/mouse) as described in Materials and Methods. In addition, WT mice were injected with PBS. All mice were sacrificed at 8 hours after Con A administration for determination of plasma ALT levels and the number of CCR1-expressing NK cells in the liver as described in Materials and Methods. All data (n = 4 per group) are presented as means ± SEM.
