Membrane association and the RdRp region of protein A are required for RNA1fs accumulation. Sixteen deletions within protein AD692E were made and are indicated by boxes. Yeast cells were transformed with pF1fs alone or together with full-length or a deletion mutant of pFAD692E or pFAD692E-YFP.
