CBP enhances Rta-dependent DcR3 expression. (A) pEGFP-Rta (2 μg/106 cells), pCMV-Flag-CBP (6 μg/106 cells), or both were cotransfected with the luciferase reporter pDcR3 −1010 into SW480 cells. Luciferase activity was measured and is presented in relation to that of the mock transfection. Averages and standard deviations were from measurements taken in triplicate.
