Blue depicts a positive potential and red depicts a negative one. The position of some residues is indicated. The tetramer is rotated by 90° along the Q axis with respect to Fig. 1 and viewed along the R axis. The relative potential scale ranges between −20 kBT/e and +20 kBT/e (kBT/e = 25.7 mV at 298 K).
