Gel electrophoresis of multiplex PCR products (IS1081 and cytb) run on 3% agarose gel. Lanes 1 and 8: 100 bp DNA size markers. Lanes 2–6: samples of cattle LN with VL. All show amplification of bovine mitochondrial DNA (cytb product, arrow a) and those in lanes 2, 3, 5 and 6 are positive for the IS1081 product of 135 bp (arrow b).
