Effects of rIL-10 on the production of tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and NO by LPS-activated J774 macrophages. J774 cells were activated with LPS (1 μg/ml) and treated with the indicated concentrations of rIL-10. TNF-α (a) and nitrite levels (b) were determined in culture supernatants collected after 16 h.
