WV vaccine stimulates the expression of MHC class II, CD54, CD80 and CD86 on DC. Immunofluorescence staining of purified DC incubated for 24 h with either WV (left panels) or v-SU (right panels) vaccine. The Figure shows one of 12 identical experiments. WV vaccine is more efficient in stimulating MHC class II, CD54, CD80 and CD86 expression than subunit vaccines.
