Levels of VEGF secretion by unstimulated (resting) and stimulated (10 U/ml lipopolysaccharide (LPS)) peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), lymphocytes and CD14 magnetic bead-purified monocytes isolated from five rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients after 24 h and 72 h in culture.
