Yeasts or conidia of Penicillium marneffei(1 × 10³) were cultured with GM-CSF (10 ng/ml). After 24 h, the number of live microorganisms was counted. Results are expressed as mean colony-forming units (CFU) ± s.d. of triplicate cultures.
