Captopril does not inhibit Fas-mediated apoptosis in Jurkat cells. Jurkat cells were cultured in 24-well plates (5 × 105 cells/well), with or without captopril. Apoptosis was induced by the addition of anti-human Fas antibody, CH-11. Twenty-four hours later, cell viability was determined by trypan blue dye exclusion.
