SNB19 cells were transfected with mock, empty vector (EV)/scrambled vector (SV), puPA, puPAR and pU2 plasmid constructs. After 48 h, cells were collected, total cell lysates were prepared, fractionated by SDS PAGE, and western blotted as per standard protocols. The blots were probed for normal and phosphorylated forms of FAK, p38, JNK and ERK. GAPDH level served as a loading control.
