Immunoblot analysis for SAA degradation by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). PBMC (5 × 105/well) were incubated with SAA (10 µg/ml) in 96well plates. Culture supernatants were obtained at 0, 3, 6, 12 h and subjected to anti-SAA immunoblot analysis as described in Materials and Methods.
