PBMC (1 × 106 cells/ml) were incubated with medium or soluble agg-IgG (200 µg/ml) during 24 h at 37°C. Then, the cells were washed and incubated with medium or IFN-γ (240 U/ml) during additional 24 h as indicated. After this period, PBMC were stained with anti-HLA-DR and anti-CD14 antibodies. The table shows a representative experiment of n = 3. Data are expressed as percentage MFI of control cells and correspond to the CD14+ population of PBMC.
