Absence of maturation of the HLA class I heavy chain in HA-L cells. EBV-B cells HA-L (TAP2–/TAP2–) or HA-T (TAP2+/TAP2–) were pulse-labelled for 30 min with 35S-methionine and -cysteine and chased for 0, 30 or 60 min. Cell membranes were solubilized and HLA class I molecules immunoprecipitated with the MoAb W6/32. The immunoprecipitates were treated (+) or not (–) with EndoH and separated by SDS-PAGE.
