Effect of p50 antisense oligonucleotide on B. fragilis enterotoxin-induced chemokine production. HT-29 cells were transfected with either p50 antisense (AS) or sense (S) oligonucleotides using DOTAP. The transfected cells were then stimulated with B. fragilis enterotoxin (BFT, 100 ng/ml) for 18 h. Protein levels of each chemokine in culture supernatants were determined by ELISA.
