Increase in IFN-γ production in one-way MLR when the proportion of CD57⁺ T cells in responder cells increases. MLR was performed using the cells to adjust the indicated proportions (0, 5, 10 and 20%) of CD57⁺ T cells in whole responder cells from healthy volunteers (n =5).
