The chlorosome (BChl c) peaks are normalized. “Ca. Chlorothrix halophila” cells produce a dominant chlorosome peak at 760 nm and a smaller peak at 870 nm at room temperature. At 77 K the chlorosome peak is split in two, with maxima at 784 and 820 nm, and the 870 nm peak is redshifted to 904 nm.
