The major phospholipid classes (phosphatidylcholine [PtdCho], phosphatidylethanolamine [PtdEtn], phosphatidylglycerol [PtdGro], and phosphatidylinositol [PtdIns]), galactolipid classes (monogalactosyldiacylglycerol [MGDG] and digalactosyldiacylglycerol [DGDG]), and minor phospholipid classes (phosphatidylserine [PtdSer] and phosphatidic acid [PtdOH]) were present.
