RNA interference with cdk2 or C/EBPβ siRNA prevents MCE and differentiation. 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were treated with cdk2 or C/EBPβ siRNA (40 nM) at 30–50% confluency by using Lipofectamine RNAi Max, and 24 h later cells were trypsinized and replated at confluent cell density.
