FACS profiles of CFSE-labeled P. berghei- or Ova-specific T cells after in vitro culture and in vivo adoptive transfer. The cells after rest for 7 days were labeled with CFSE and cultured with or without P. berghei-pRBCs or Ova in vitro (A) or were adoptively transferred into BALB/c nude mice and some of the mice were then infected with 1 × 106 live P. berghei-pRBCs (B). Cells were harvested after 5 days of in vitro culture or from the spleen of mice 7 days after challenge, and FACS analysis was done.
