After 24 h, NS was detected by immunostaining, and ARF was detected by immunostaining (right column) or by the fluorescence of ARF-GFP (left column). (B) Control or ARF siRNAs were transfected into HeLa cells, and ARF and NS were detected by immunostaining 24 h later. (C) Western blot performed 24 h after transfection of U2OS cells with vector DNA or the ARF-encoding plasmid. Transferrin receptor (TR) was used to assess equivalence of cell extract loading.
