The Rejected Substitution score is a measurement of evolutionary constraint, based on Genomic Evolutionary Rate Profiling [18]. The table includes a list of scores above the maximum false positive score for this data set (see methods).
The initial and terminal columns within the sequence alignment defining the region of evolutionary constraint (coordinates based on mouse genomic sequence, relative to the translational start site of Agrp).
Length of evolutionarily constrained region defined as the sum of consecutive alignment columns with positive RS scores.
