Saturation of specific [³H]senktide binding to CHO cells expressing the human NK-3 receptor homolog (A) or the human NK-3 receptor (B). Binding assays were performed using increasing concentrations of [³H]senktide for 2 hr at 4°C as described. The saturation results shown are from a representative experiment, and the insets show Scatchard plots of these data. The numbers presented for the K_d and B_max values are from three independent experiments for the NK-3 receptor homolog and from four independent experiments for the NK-3 receptor.
