Inhibition of [³H]senktide binding at cloned human NK-3 receptor homolog (A) and NK-3 receptor (B) bearing CHO cell lines by tachykinin peptides. The results shown represent the mean values of three independent experiments performed in duplicate. All IC₅₀ values are provided in Table 1. The Hill coefficients for displacement of [³H]senktide binding at the NK-3 receptor homolog for NKB, senktide, [MePhe⁷]NKB, SP, and NKA were 0.69, 0.99, 0.83, 0.61, and 0.85, respectively. For the NK-3 receptor, Hill coefficients for the same peptides were 0.61, 0.94, 0.72, 1.07 and 1.08, respectively.
