Protective effect of CTLs on tumor challenge. Mice were immunized with DCs three times as described above. Ten days after the last immunization, 2 × 10⁵ CT26/cap2-luc or CT26/luc cells were transplanted into the right and left flanks subcutaneously. The tumor size was monitored every 2 to 3 days after engraftment. The data represent the average from mice with tumor growth in each group (mouse numbers shown in Table 1).
