The precision (mean ratio) and accuracy (standard deviation) of calculating peptide ratios are shown. Cell lysates were divided into identical aliquots, one labeled with 16O and the other labeled with 18O. Duplicate analyses were performed with both HIV- and mock-infected cell lysates.
