Intracellular localization of GFP-fused PIP5K1A, S5a, and PIPSL proteins in 293T cells was observed by GFP fluorescence with confocal microscopy. (A) GFP control is seen throughout the cell, with nuclear predominance; (B) PIP5K1A is on the plasma membrane.
