T1 Measurements: after a 180° inversion pulse, 16 Images were acquired at specific time points using a snapshot FLASH sequence. The individual measurements have a duration of 224 milliseconds, the complete slice 3,5 seconds. Due to the short acquisition time, patients with moderate dyspnea can be examined using this method. An exponential function was assigned to each Pixel covering the time span of the 16 measured signal intensities from which a Pixel T1 time can be calculated. The final T1 map results from the color coding of the T1 values.
